Ceftiofur hydrochloride
Mainly used for severe bacterial and viral infections, as well as *Escherichia coli* and *Salmonella* infections in poultry.
1. **Symptoms caused by systemic or localized viral and bacterial infections:** high fever, cough, panting, dyspnea, skin redness and cyanosis, cyanosis of ear root, foot-and-mouth ulceration, abortion and stillbirth, circling, hind limb paralysis, anorexia, recumbency, constipation and diarrhea, etc.
2. **Specific pathogens:** contagious pleuropneumonia, *Actinobacillus*, *Pasteurella multocida*, *Streptococcus dysgalactiae*, porcine neonatal yellow and white scour (*E. coli*), *Salmonella*, *Haemophilus parasuis*, atrophic rhinitis, *Chlamydia*, etc.
3. **Conditions in livestock:** pre- and post-partum fever, endometritis, mastitis, agalactia/hypogalactia syndrome, laminitis, foot rot, bovine and ovine pasteurellosis, shipping fever, pneumonia, nasal atrophy, etc.
